Therapy Options

Together, we can create a customized approach to therapy that honors your goals, beliefs, and natural way of restoring balance. Here are a few of your options.

  • an older female looking at a laptop with headphones on and a cup of coffee next to her: EMDR

    Virtual EMDR

Significantly reduce or eliminate the impact of trauma or stress with EMDR. EMDR is also uniquely designed to support integrated and connected healing.

  • a middle-age black female looking toward her right with a lap top in front of her

    Brainspotting

Feeling stuck? Increase resilience, honor your brain’s natural healing processes and release stored physical & emotional pain with Brainspotting.

  • A woman and a young boy sitting on a beige sofa, smiling and hugging each other inside a cozy living room with a window, plants, and family photos in the background.

    Heart-Led Attunement

Heart-centered therapy is a relational therapy approach that emphasizes compassion-focused healing, grounding, attachment, and presence.

  • overweight female meditating

    Mind-Body Awareness

Somatic-informed therapy works directly with the nervous system, where stress and trauma are stored, to help you feel safer, calmer, and more grounded in your daily life.

  • a middle age Caucasian female with chakra imagery in the background, crystals, sound bowl, essential oils, prayer beads, and a laptop and tea in front of her

    Energy Psychology

Energy psychology is a mind-body approach that combines traditional therapy with energy-based practices. Mental and emotional wellness return when energy systems are balanced.

  • an image of an older Caucasian female sitting under a pergola with lots of books and a cup of coffee with imagery of Jungian psychology

    Depth Psychology

Jungian-informed therapy asks “What is trying to emerge?” The terrain of our inner worlds (with its shadows, treasures, and untapped potential) holds the map of greater wholeness.

Next Steps

Schedule a consultation.

The best way to get started is to schedule a free, no-obligation, 15-minute consultation. This is a great opportunity for you to ask questions and decide if I am the right fit for your needs.

Complete paperwork.

If we decide to move forward with therapy, you will be asked to complete a few intake forms prior to your first session. They can be completed online with a phone, tablet, etc.

Your First Session

Your first session will look and feel different than other sessions. Some time will be dedicated to learning your history and clarifying your goals for therapy.

Going Forward

You and I will choose a day and time for weekly or biweekly sessions. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in length.
