Grief & Loss

Grief the natural and normal response to loss. It is not something to “get over.” Current research suggests that grief is a complex neurobiological process that impacts the griever emotionally, physically, cognitively, behaviorally, relationally, and spiritually.

Whether you are grieving

  • the death of a loved one,

  • divorce | relationship loss,

  • shifts in beliefs or identity (deconstruction),

  • loss of family or community, or

  • illness | injury

therapy provides space to honor loss.

The goal of therapy is not to ‘take away” your grief. But therapy can help with processing your experiences, integration of the loss, maintaining a sense of connection, deconstruction & reconstruction, and increasing your capacity for emotional experiencing.

Trauma & PTSD

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Reprocessing traumatic memories

  • Reducing triggers and flashbacks

  • Rebuilding a sense of safety

  • Restoring empowerment and agency

Relationship & Attachment Counseling (Individual Focus)

Personal Growth & Transformation

True growth happens when the mind, body, and energy system are supported together. Working together, we can create a space to

  • release emotional blocks,

  • process pain,

  • take steps toward personal goals,

  • shift limiting beliefs & patterns,

  • reconnect with your authentic self, and

  • integrate changes.

New awareness and insight may emerge as we talk. You may also learn to trust your inner wisdom a little more. Or, you may discover renewed strength, acceptance, creative solutions, and resourcefulness.
